Paediatric Haematological - Oncology Lead
Jack is a consultant paediatric haematologist at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children (GOSH), London. He undertook a PhD at UCL Institute of Child Health, then a leukaemia research fellowship in the genomic medicine programme at The Hospital for Sick Children “SickKids” in Toronto. Jack leads on molecular diagnostics within the haematology department at GOSH. His research interest involves using advanced molecular diagnostic techniques to predict outcomes and find targets for novel therapies for children with haematological malignancies. He is currently the clinical lead for haematological malignancy genomics in the NHSE North London genomic laboratory hub and has been responsible for the implementation of whole genome sequencing into clinical practice at GOSH.
