Genetic testing: How to request this for your patients
October 17th 9:00am-12:30pm, online
This half-day virtual training programme provides a practical toolkit for healthcare professionals to request genetic testing, including: the use of the National Genomic Test Directory; key points to cover during conversations with patients; consenting of patients for genomic testing; and communicating genetic test results.
Participants will have the option of choosing either a Rare Disease or Cancer focused workshop. There will be plenty of opportunities for interaction and to have your questions answered. Participants will know where to go for further support and information.
