Improved RMH200 NGS panels

We constantly strive to improve our genomic testing strategies through the development of NGS panels which align with the evolving requirements of the National Test Directory. To this end we have validated new versions of our RMH200 solid and Haemonc NGS panels (v3). A link to the summary of the overall panel performance and gene list is provided below.

There has been some revision of the panel content to:

(1) include new gene targets

(2) boost specific regions of interest (ROI)

(3) remove underperforming regions that had limited clinical utility

Main updates to note are:

• Both panels are updated to NHSE test directory v13.1 (July 2025); NHS England » National genomic test directory
• Both panels are designed to build GRCh38
• Variant calling aligned to MANE transcripts

The overall format of our report you currently receive will not change. The panel specification and caveat will be updated to reflect the panel performance. You will continue to receive NGS reports either by nhs.net or via Order & View.
